Tidewater colonial history and modern living converge on this tour of the Denbigh Plantation neighborhood in northern Newport News. Originally settled in 1626 on the west bank of the Warwick River, the neighborhood offers a quiet setting of tree-lined streets along the river. Visitors will enjoy touring four private homes. The adjacent 300-acre Riverview Farm Park features a Learning Garden, established in 2002 and maintained by Newport News Master Gardeners.
