This tour showcases one of Petersburg’s most historic and interesting neighborhoods, the High Street area. Most notable is the variety of late 18^th and early 19^th century architectural styles found there. The four featured homes date from 1792 to 1891, and range from Palladian to Queen Anne in style. Each has a unique and fascinating story.  Additionally, two private rear gardens are included on the ticket, for a total of six sites. If time allows, the Peter Jones Trading Station and the Golden Ball Tavern are nearby places of interest.
